Your satisfactions with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance.

1. lead-time

custom commissions usually have an 6–10-week (please note that the timeline for commissions will vary depending on the nature and complexity of each project and it will be submitted to client via email). All made to order items will be shipped within 7 business days from purchase date.

2. SHIPPING

All items are shipped from Alkmaar, the Netherlands with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. Shipping will be done by UPS EXPRESS, and usually takes 2-3 days for European orders and 4-7 days for International orders.  Depending on your country or state, additional customs fees or duty taxes may apply. Studionom. is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates

3. DELIVERY 

UPS will make 3 separate delivery attempts, if you are not available to sign for the package. Where available, your shipment may be taken to your nearest UPS Access Point location, for collection. Refer to the information on the UPS InfoNotice left by your driver. It is the buyer’s responsibility to claim the item before it is returned to the shipper. If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances. If you want to hold your package at the nearest UPS Access Point location, please contact UPS and refer to the tracking number.

4. Damage
Studionom. is not responsible for any damaged or lost items during shipping transit. We inspect all items prior to shipping and fully insure all packages. In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, we encourage to contact us within 15 days of shipment in order to file a claim with the carrier for a possible reimbursement. Please check the integrity of the packaging before signing to receive your order. If package has been damaged, please make a picture of the package before opening, this for reference and if unfortunately content has been damaged. For international shipments, customs officials may open and examine package contents. In that case, the package will be resealed and officially stamped before being delivered. 

5. EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

It is the client’s responsibility to carefully read the item description and all additional information such as dimensions and shipping policies before moving forward with your purchase. Please don’t hesitate in contacting us if you have any questions regarding any body of work prior placing your order.

commissions There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased custom made items. Before an item is shipped the client will receive pictures for final approval , when approved the sales are final.

made to order For non-custom items there’s a 30-day exchange period, where you may exchange your item for a similarly priced and available  piece found in our collection.

Please note that the client is responsible for carefully re-packing the piece and the return shipping costs, Please contact us if you want to make use of this option.
